In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to withdraw within 30 days after receiving your order. However, some items are excluded from the right of return due to hygiene and health reasons.
Products in their original condition, unused, with tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.
Lingerie sets can only be returned if the sealed packaging (shipping packaging) has not been opened, in accordance with Article 6:230p(f)(3) of the Dutch Civil Code.
If the seal is broken, no refund or credit will be issued, even if the product appears unused.

You will receive return instructions and the address of our international warehouse.
Follow the instructions carefully.
Ensure items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Include your order number inside the package.
If the packaging has not been opened, indicate the order number on the outside of the package.
Use a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace) and send the tracking number to support@kinky-secret.us
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers based in the Netherlands can use our local return center to reduce costs.
International customers (e.g., Canada, US, Australia) must return items to our warehouse in Asia and bear the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval.
If your return is accepted:
The refund will be made via the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Items with broken seals or returns made after the 30-day period are not refundable.
Lingerie sets can only be refunded if the packaging remains sealed, per Article 6:230p(f)(3).
